Bucholz McEvoy Architects, a design-led practice, have an opportunity for an ambitious Architect to join our Dublin studio team on projects in Ireland and internationally. Candidates will work on a variety of building types and job stages, ensuring their professional development in a supportive and flexible environment. Successful candidates will gain experience developing projects from early design stage through detailed design, construction documentation to completion of medium to large projects, coordinating with multi-disciplinary design teams.
Requirements include:
7 years post qualification experience (on RIAl register or eligible to seek registration - without further assessment)
Experience from early stage design through to completion, on medium to large scale mixed-use projects (3rd level educational, multi-family residential and community projects an advantage)
Strong design development skills, with knowledge of and experience developing projects under Irish Planning & Building Regulations
Experience in preparation of documentation packages using BIM tools/ Revit on large scale projects
Experience in Irish public works contracts an advantage
Visualization, Adobe creative suite, hand drawing skills
