We are seeking a talented design focused Project Architect to run projects, through design development, detailed design & construction administration, collaborating with multi-disciplinary Design Teams to ensure delivery of integrated high quality design. As a key studio member they will play an active role in practice and team development. An interest in low-carbon climate responsive design, alongside a commitment to the delivery of high-quality design an advantage.

Requirements include:

  • 10 years post qualification experience (on RIAl register or eligible to seek registration - without further assessment)

  • Experience running projects of mixed typologies, including residential & community, public clients an advantage

  • Experience leading design & design development of medium-large scale projects with multi-disciplinary design teams

  • Experience of all project stages / CWMF an advantage

  • Experience of project delivery under Irish Planning & Building Regulations

  • Excellent communication written & verbal, team & client communications

  • Experience in preparation of documentation packages using BIM/ Revit

  • Disciplined self organisation & design process management skills

  • Visualisation, Adobe creative suite, hand drawing skills an advantage

  • Experience of project design development under Irish Planning & Building Regulations

  • Excellent communication written & verbal, and team collaboration skills

  • Fluent in preparation of documentation packages using BIM/ Revit

  • Disciplined self organisation & design process management skills

  • Visualisation, Adobe creative suite, hand drawing skills
